Who we are
Layerfive (RC 107635) operates this calibration verification portal. When this policy refers to "we", "us", or "our", it means Layerfive.
What data we collect and why
We collect only the data that is strictly needed for the feature you choose to use:

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics.
Third-party processors
When you use the email features, your data passes through the following sub-processors:
- Supabase — cloud database used to store expiry reminder records. Data is held in Supabase-managed infrastructure.
- Resend — transactional email service used to deliver certificate PDFs and reminder notifications.
Both providers operate under their own privacy and security policies. We do not sell or share your data with any other party.
How long we keep your data
- Certificate email addresses — deleted immediately after the email is sent.
- Expiry reminder records — retained until the reminder is dispatched, after which they are no longer active. You may request deletion at any time.

Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance.
Applicable law
This portal is operated in Nigeria and complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019. International users may also have rights under GDPR or other applicable laws, which we will honour on request.
